We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Technical Office Manager to oversee and manage the technical office operations for our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing designs, preparing technical submittals, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the technical office team.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project alignment.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in electromechanical technical office management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
